Water Glades Penthouse Remodel

Location: Water Glades Condominium – Singer Island, Florida An extensive condo remodel in Singer Island, including a redesign of the kitchen layout with new custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, Bosch and Liebherr appliances, and Hansgrohe fixtures.

Bluffs Home Remodel – Ocean Pines Terrace

Location: Ridge at the Bluffs – Jupiter, Florida An extensive home remodel in the Bluff development in Jupiter. LTL’s  work included the redesign of the kitchen, featuring an open countertop into the family room.

Water Glades Condo Remodel

Location: Water Glades Condominium – Singer Island, Florida Extensive Singer Island remodel in the Water Glades condominium featuring custom bamboo kitchen cabinets with absolute black honed granite countertops and Fluid Grigio floor tile throughout.

Bluffs – Beach Summit

Location: Ridge at the Bluffs – Jupiter, Florida A complete gut-and-design in the Bluffs neighborhood of Jupiter, featuring a cypress plank ceiling in the master and redesigned master bathroom with a newly expanded shower.

Complete Bluffs Master Bath Remodel

LTL finalized the redesign of a master bath in the Bluffs neighborhood of Jupiter.  The layout alteration includes the removal of the existing soak tub and replaced with an expanded, dual head shower.  In place of the previous shower, LTL constructed a sauna.
